I love beef hash! It is so tasty and the fact that it all cooks in one big frying pan is another bonus! I was tired of all the work that beef hash entails, so I went for a shortcut. Here is what I used:
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1, 28 oz. bag of potatoes O’Brien
3/4 cup shredded carrots (I used baby carrots)
1 tsp. granulated onion
2 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. mustard
Place your beef and potatoes O’Brien in your large frying pan and turn on the heat to high-medium. Stir occasionally, as the beef browns and the potatoes, onions, and peppers defrost and cook. Add carrots and stir in.

When beef, potatoes, and carrots are cooked through, add the granulated onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and mustard. Stir well and serve immediately. Enjoy!
Looks good! I was pulled into the title, thinking it was beef hash for cheaters! LOL!

Funny. You might want to add a little bit of hot sauce in that case!!!

Usually I grind everything with my grinder attachment for my mixer, but I was so tired and this came out really well!
