Sharing Saturday: Stress Away

This week I wanted to focus on reducing stress. Stress is a problem that we all face. Whether you are currently homeless, like us, or just have a stressful home life or job, we all have stress.

People focus on many different aspects to conquer the stress in their lives. Some people meditate. Some pray. Some use music. Some sleep. I’m all for being well rested, but if I were to try to sleep my stress away, I’d be comatose for the next fifteen years!!!

Before Stress Away…

I have found that Young Living’s Stress Away helps me with relaxation. Now Peace and Calming is awesome, but keep in mind that it is a trauma releasing oil. Therefore, if you choose to diffuse it at night, it could lead to bad dreams as your body processes the trauma. This is why, I like to use Peace and Calming during the day and Stress Away at any time.

Even our pup-ups love it. Ducky, our ten-year-old Morkypoo, loves Stress Away. It keeps his anxiety in check and makes him calm. Lulu and Delilah love it too! It makes for very pleasant car rides (along with Digize for tummy issues!)

Yay, Stress Away! I just love the gentle, calming scent due to the essence of lime, cedarwood, vanilla, and lavender, among others. Just beautiful!
