Sharing Saturday: Grapefruit Vitality

I ordered the Grapefruit Vitality a few weeks ago because 1. I love grapefruit and I can’t eat it because I am on some time-release medications and grapefruit tends to make time-release medications release all at once.  Not a good thing!  And 2. because it is said to help with weight management.  Yay! 

However, since grapefruit vitality is made from the oil in the grapefruit peal, I have been medically advised that it is safe for me.  For you? Please ask your healthcare professional.

As I have said time and time again, I am not a medical professional in any sense of the word.  If you are wondering if you should take something, please consult your doctor.  This is based on my experience only!

So… grapefruit vitality.  I love adding this to my bottle of water.  It doesn’t have sweeteners, so it’s just refreshing.  I also really like it when I add a tube of zipfizz to my water.  It adds some extra zing!  What, you may ask, is zipfizz?  I found this product at Sam’s club several years back.  I tried it in water, but wasn’t all that impressed. 

Then came my Ningxia Red.  That gave me energy like I hadn’t had in so long I had forgotten what it was like!  So I dragged out the zipfizz and decided to do a little experimentation.  I much prefer the zipfizz in ice cold water.  Add a few drops of grapefruit and wow!  Major vitamin injection!  I’m so awake – even in the afternoons!  It’s awesome and came in very handy when I was helping Child #4 to finish up her schoolwork.  History can get a little dry, if you know what I mean!

With or without zipfizz, I love my grapefruit vitality essential oil!  I don’t ever want to be without it.  And for those of you who are wondering how the pants are fitting these days, I do believe they’re looser!
