This is the first post in which I will review a product that I have been using. When considering which product, of all the amazing products that are available through Young Living, I knew it had to be Ningxia Red.

What on earth is Ningxia Red? It is a delectable fruit puree of wolf berries and other fruits that has had a wonderful effect on my blood sugar.
Wait! Did I say blood sugar? Yes, my dear friends, I have a confession to make. I am a type 2 diabetic. I don’t generally tell people simply because they tend to judge anything I put in my mouth. My stand has always been that I can and will eat whatever I deem fit and it’s none of anyone’s business. We don’t judge what people who do not suffer from diabetes put in their mouths, so why me?
I did not ask for this disease, but I am working to curb it. Exercise helps as well as diet control. However, the thing I’ve been doing lately is taking Ningxia Red every morning. I had heard stories of it sending type 2 diabetics into remission and I wanted to check it out for myself.
WARNING: I am not a doctor, a scientist, or a medical professional of any kind. This is all from my own experience and is not meant to treat you!
So, I ordered a couple of bottles and started mixing one ounce with sweetened, bubbly water. I like to make sure that both the Ningxia and bubbly water are cold, or serve it with ice so that it becomes cold. Both Child #2 (who is not diabetic) and I have been drinking this for about two weeks and the results are nothing short of amazing!
My blood sugar numbers are not only in the normal range, but can become quite low. I have changed nothing but drinking the Ningxia. Amazing.
I also have had much more energy, no coffee (or other caffeine) required! Child #2 has also experienced this. This is great for us, since we are frantically packing!

It really is amazing. I was actually on a zoom call last night about Young Living where it helped greatly someone with lymphoma! Yeah. The most amount of antioxidants that I’ve ever heard of! Awesome!
